Welcome to the HIFY Youth Club. This initiative is designed for youth who are interested in health, health informatics, clinical data, and the systems that support modern healthcare. As healthcare continues to evolve alongside technology, understanding how data is collected, used, and protected is becoming increasingly important. Our goal is to provide a structured, supportive environment where young people can explore these topics, build knowledge, and develop a deeper awareness of how healthcare functions beyond what is typically seen.

Members will have the opportunity to learn about key areas such as digital health, patient data, clinical systems, and the role of technology in improving care. In addition to learning, we aim to apply this knowledge in meaningful ways. One of our priorities is raising awareness around data security and ethical data use, helping youth understand the importance of protecting sensitive health information. We also plan to identify gaps in healthcare resources within our local community and contribute to efforts that improve access to necessary materials and support systems.

Through our biweekly blog posts, we will share insights, updates, and discussions on relevant topics, allowing members to stay informed and engaged. These posts will reflect both what we are learning and the work we are doing as a club.

HIFY Youth Club is not just about gaining knowledge, but about using that knowledge responsibly and making a difference, even on a small scale. We are building a space where youth can think critically, collaborate, and contribute to the future of healthcare in a practical way.
