For the next two weeks, starting April 7, 2026, our clinic will be undergoing renovations to improve our spaces and technology. During this time, we will not be offering face‑to‑face appointments. The clinic will remain open for virtual appointments only while renovations are underway.
We are renovating and setting up two offices, our dermatology room, the in‑office lab, and a new private workspace for our MOA.
We are also preparing our systems so that, after the two‑week renovation period, every patient will have access to their own secure online login for improved communication and access to care.
As part of this, we will be working on an Adult Diabetes Practice Quality Improvement (PQI) initiative, which focuses on delivering smarter, more connected care for people living with diabetes.
In‑person visits willbe on pause during renovations, but virtual visits will continue as usual.
For urgent medical concerns that you feel cannot wait , please contact HealthLink BC at 8‑1‑1 or visit your nearest emergency department.
Clinic Update
Upcoming Projects
March 20, 2026
Our Adult Diabetes Practice Quality Improvement (PQI) initiative focuses on delivering smarter, more connected care for people living with diabetes.
We are beginning by accurately identifying our adult patients with diabetes to ensure no one is overlooked, and aligning their care with the most current, evidence-based clinical guidelines to support optimal treatment decisions and timely access to therapies.
Beyond clinical goals, we are committed to listening—capturing your voice through Patient-Reported Outcome Measures (PROMs) and Patient-Reported Experience Measures (PREMs)—to better understand how diabetes care affects your daily life, treatment experience, and overall well-being.
To support this, we are utilising secure digital summaries that compile your key health information in one place. These summaries enhance care coordination, reduce duplication, improve safety, and allow both patients and providers to monitor progress over time in a clear, accessible manner. They also facilitate more personalised, proactive care by integrating clinical data with your reported outcomes and experiences.
If you are an adult living with diabetes and receive care through our clinic, you may be eligible to participate. Join us in shaping a more responsive, patient-centred model of diabetes care—your experience matters, and your voice will directly influence how we improve.
